Urgent Requirement for MS Office Associate, Mumbai

Education: Graduate or equivalent preferred
Experience: 0-2 Years of experience. Experience in Legal word processing preferred. Knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Typing Speed of 20 wpm preferred.
Key Skills: Congenial personality. Fluent in written and oral communication in English at all levels internally and externally. High level of positive attitude. Good decision-making abilities on the job. Keen eye for detail. Ability to adapt any process changes in minimal time period. Able to deal with blocks of down time and blocks of being very busy. Flexible and Service oriented.
Position Objectives: To work efficiently and effectively as a team member to produce high quality of legal documents.
Job Description: Produce client worthy documents using MS Office applications and Client specifications and macros. Follow workflow processes as per the SOP. Meet quality benchmark and client SLAs. Continue to develop speed, accuracy and proof reading skills. Maintain confidentiality of all organization and client information. Assist the Shift Leaders and Manager in mentoring of new recruits. Ensure record keeping, time tracking. Proofreading skills.
Compensation: up to 3.5 lacs p.a.
[Please Note: Service agreement of 18 months. Rotational Shifts mandatory for all. Station Pick & Drop facilities in day time, home pick up and home drop for night shifts]
