Urgent Requirement for Research Associate, Mumbai

Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Familiarity with the following databases is helpful but not required: Alacra, Bloomberg, Factiva, Factset, Hoover’s, ICC Juniper, LexisNexis, OneSource, Perfect Information, Shareworld, Thomson One Banker, Thomson Research, Venture Source.
Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills. Punctual and time-sensitive. Ability to remain calm and work effectively with US and UK professionals under pressure. Team player. Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Position Objectives and Expectations: Extract, format and deliver accurate, complete and relevant results from multiple databases to meet a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative information/data requests for US- and UK-based customers (bankers and consultants). Interact directly both by telephone and email with US and UK customers to provide high level professional customer service. Learn and follow research process best practices for a broad range of research products, using analytical abilities and judgment to select most relevant research content for delivery to customer
Compensation: up to 2.4 lacs P.A.
[Please Note: Service agreement of 18 months. Rotational Shifts mandatory for all. Station Pick & Drop facilities in day time, home pick up and home drop for night shifts]
